The Theme of Parent Child Conflict in August Wilson's Fences
The theme of parent child conflict in Fences is between Troy and Cory. Although Troy thinks he's helping Cory by not letting him play football Cory feels that his father is just trying to hold him back because he didn't make it as a baseball player.
